01Brief

A driving school stuck on paper.

French driving schools still track lesson hours, exam attempts and instructor planning in spreadsheets. Autopilot is the consolidated SaaS replacement.

I scoped, designed and shipped 12 modules end-to-end — from the marketing site to the back-office, including the student app and the AI exam-prep coach.

03Brand

Dot-matrix compass.

The mark renders the compass needle as a dot grid. Instrumental, technical — the visual language of a navigation tool, not a marketing brochure.

04What I learned

Vertical SaaS rewards the obsession with workflows.

You can't ship a useful driving-school tool without sitting next to an instructor for a day. Most of the design decisions came from watching one.

Domain-specific SaaS doesn't need flashy — it needs to remove friction nobody else noticed.
